Nursing of gastric tube and matters needing attention
(1) During nasal feeding, keep the bed head raised at an angle of 30-45 °, except for contraindications;
(2) The tableware for nasal feeding should be cleaned and kept clean. Wash your hands before feeding;
(3) Before each food infusion, gastric juice should be aspirated to determine whether the gastric tube is in the stomach and whether the gastric tube is unobstructed. During feeding, slowly inject a small amount of warm water, and then inject nasal feeding food;
(4) The temperature of nasal feeding food should be 38~40 ℃, and the feeding speed should not be too fast. At the same time, avoid filling air to cause abdominal distension.
